We focus on infill locations throughout Southern California. We’ll consider properties as small as $10M in value and we can buy billion-dollar portfolios.

Rexford buys across the spectrum of deals. We love new, leased product as much as older vintage or vacant buildings in need of some TLC. We also like to add value whenever possible, through renovation, repositioning or by building new buildings.
