Rexford plans to develop a new 200K SF distribution building.

New Building Development. In April 2015 we purchased a vacant paved land site at 9615 Norwalk Blvd for $9.6 million. The land value is now worth approximately double the purchase price of $22/SF. The paved truck year was leased shortly after we acquired the site and we have fully entitled a new 200,000 SF distribution building, with projected stabilized yield of 6.4%.
