Opportunity for Reconfiguration. In 2014 we acquired DuPont Business Center in Ontario for $10.2 million, or $91 per square foot. The property was built in 2001 and contains 112,000 square feet on 5.7 acres of land. The buildings include institutional-quality features for smaller dock high space sizes, such as ESFR fire sprinklers, high clear heights, and close proximity to the Ontario Airport. Over time we have divided the larger spaces into smaller units to enable higher rents upon re-tenanting.
