Cash
On qualifying acquisitions, Rexford will deliver to brokers up to $50,000 extra cash above and beyond standard commissions.
Investment – Rexford's "Broker Early Retirement Plan"
Bring Rexford an acquisition and Rexford will allow you to invest some or all of your earned commission in the deal, with no promote – you obtain all of your prorata cash flow and profits without sharing those with Rexford. In addition, on qualifying deals, Rexford will match your investment up to 50%. In that case, for example, a 7% cap rate deal becomes a 10.5% cap rate deal for the participating broker, plus 50% more cash flow through the holding period and 50% more sale proceeds at the time of disposition.

Rexford has closed new acquisitions in as few as six days, with a new closing, on average, every 40 days or less.
